How to make bigos.

Nathan sent me a text on Sunday saying 'sorry but our daughter is not well, so we need to postpone todays Sunday roast, now I have loads od food and a sick girl'.
My response was: If the meat is roast buy some pickeled cabbage, say 3 jars, one fresh white cabbage (shred this one), drain the water from jars, rinse it and boil with shreded stuff for approx 2 hours, drain and add to chunks of meat 2' by 2' fried earlier with onion and seasoning. Add some tomato sauce, and boil lightly for 2 hours with bayleaf and allspice. That is bigos you just made!
